Charging V1.0
Charging refers to functions of generating, processing, and transferring service usage information. OMA Charging Enabler specifies two charging mechanisms (online and offline charging) to coordinate charging information flow from OMA service enablers, applications, or other resources to underlying charging infrastructures. The specifications define interfaces and flows for charging information exchange.
