Event Overview

Two Connected Parts, One OMA Event

• Test Event: Technical engineers and implementers validated interoperability and conformance in a structured Specification Validation Event (SVE).
• OMA WG Meetings: OMA members collaborated on work items, roadmaps, and technical discussions related to LwM2M and other specifications.

Part 1 - OMA LwM2M Test Event (SVE-44)

Hands-on interoperability and conformance testing for LwM2M and Smart City solutions.

• Dates: 20–23 April 2026.
• Location / Format: Kraków (Poland) / Onsite & Virtual.
• Host: AVSystem

Part 2 - OMA Working Group Meetings

Collaboration on the evolution of OMA standards and work programs.

Practical Details

• Dates: 21–23 April 2026.
• Location / Format: Kraków (Poland) / Onsite.
• Participation: OMA members and non-members.
• Plenary session (April 22, 2026): Seven presentations delivered under a single emerging narrative — LwM2M has reached its inflection point, from building standards to deploying them at scale.

A special thank you to all Plenary session presenters and participants for their valuable contributions and engagement in shaping the future of LwM2M.

Over the years, OMA has organized several LwM2M Test Event and Workshop Events. A full list of Events can be seen below:
Test Events or SVEs are held in a confidential and secure testing environment where companies can bring their Client or Server implementation(s) based on an OMA Enabler to test in multiple multi-vendor combinations. These events are open to both OMA member and non-member companies.
